Refund policy

Return Your Order

Make sure to order the right product and that your order information is accurate before purchasing to avoid having to return your item or not receiving it. If you wish to return your item, the shipment fee to send your item back to us will be at your cost unless your item arrived damaged, in which case you can read the section below. You will only be refunded the cost of your order once the item makes it to us and we have checked to make sure it is in good condition. We recommend using a parcel service with a tracking number when sending back your product(s) as we will not be responsible for a return that does not make it back to us.

Exchange Your Order

Make sure to order the right product and that your order information is accurate before purchasing to avoid having to exchange your item or not receiving it. If you wish to exchange your item, the shipment fee to send your item back to us will be at your cost unless your item arrived damaged, in which case you can read the section below. You will only be eligible for an exchange once the item makes it to us and we have checked to make sure it is in good condition. If your exchange is approved, the postage of your new product will be free of charge. We recommend using a parcel service with a tracking number when sending back your product(s) as we will not be responsible for a return that does not make it back to us.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, make sure to contact otumsupply@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item in question. We will see what we can do depending on your item's condition but cannot guarantee anything if the damage was caused by someone or something outside of our control (eg. your carrier). If your package was damaged in transit or lost by your shipping carrier, make sure to contact them as this is out of our control. If the damage is found to have been a mistake on our part, we will send you a new product, refund the cost of your order, or provide store credit.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
