Shipping Times
Delivery can take anywhere between 3 and 21 days after the shipping of the order depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout, the destination and the amount of products ordered. It is important to note that certain products ship separately, meaning some orders containing various different products may arrive in different packages. Note that we do not control any delays on the carrier's side. The times we give are estimates from dispatch. See table below for your specific area.
Customs & Duties
USA CUSTOMERS COVERED: We cover all duties and taxes for USA customers. As for other international locations outside of Canada, customs and import duties may apply to your order depending on your country's regulations. We recommend contacting the relevant authority for your location to find out more about potential taxes/duties within your area, as we will not be responsible for any customs-related charges.
